Which software do I need?
Any DAW. It's shown in FL Studio (FL users need version 20 or newer), with stock plugins plus a couple of free ones. Paid plugins like iZotope Ozone and FabFilter are optional: you learn to make great masters without them.
Can I follow along in another DAW?
Yes. It's shown in FL Studio, but EQ, compression, saturation and limiting do the same job in every DAW, so you can follow every step in yours. For the stock-plugin master in module 4, you use your own DAW's stock plugins.
Is this for beginners?
It's for producers who already make and mix their own songs and want them to sound loud and clear. It starts with what mastering is, so you don't need to have mastered a song before.
